The public seminar Inhabited Dissonance. Bozen-Bolzano 1922-2024 is conceived and coordinated by the working group of the interdisciplinary research project “Curating Bolzano fascist heritage. A Sustainable Approach to a City’s Dissonant Heritage”. The project reflects on the traces of fascist architectural heritage in Bolzano by adopting curatorial practices and methodologies of participatory public history. It is conducted by the Faculty of Design and Art of the Free University of Bolzano-Bozen, in collaboration with the Faculty of Education (University of Bolzano-Bozen, Brixen-Bressanone), the Platform for Cultural Heritage and Cultural Production, the TUM – Technical University of Munich, BAU – Institute for Contemporary Arts and Ecology, and Lungomare.

The project will end with an exhibition and three artistic projects in April 2025.
