mare/Klimakultur Tirol
New visual identity
In 2023, Lungomare started a collaboration with Klimakultur Tirol to develop a new visual identity and website. Klimakultur Tirol is an interregional platform based in Innsbruck that brings together art, cultural work, and climate protection, opening up spaces for dialogue on the social, political, and cultural issues raised by the current climate crisis
The visual identity
The visual identity developed includes a vibrant colour palette ranging from natural tones, such as brick red, to artificial ones like digital green, along with a refreshed logotype where the letters come to life. The idea is to convey a rupture with existing structures and preconceptions, clearing away old patterns to open up space for exploring new forms, positions, and unexpected creative possibilities, serving as a catalyst for fresh stimuli and innovative visions.
In addition to the logo, several signets were designed for use in digital communication as well as in other media.
The website
Specifically designed for Klima Kultur Tirol, the website is structured as a blog divided into four sections: inspirieren (inspire), mitmachen (participate), informieren (inform) e über uns (about us). These sections offer the opportunity to explore documentation materials, support and consulting information, articles, initiatives, and good practices, while introducing numerous individuals and organisations who, through various forms of cultural work, take on the challenge of spreading and deepening awareness of the climate crisis.
